There are several pleasant events during the Christmas season in the municipality of Sola. “Christmas in Ølberg habour” is one of them and goes off in beautiful Ølberg harbor.
A separate train for tractors decked out with Christmas lights, homemade Christmas snacks and a variety of other homemade Christmas products are presented in the various sea stalls in the docks. There is a very special Christmas atmosphere that characterizes Ølberg when it is all decorated and invites to a traditional Christmas market in this picturesque port with its characteristic seafront.
