Rege beach
Rege beach lies in the extension of Solastranden and runs west towards Ølberg. If you want to hike from Sola beach to Ølberg and Vigdel, you will get an exciting trip through beaches, hills and rocky cliffs. Here you can also experience war memories alongside a spectacular seafront scenery.
Ølberg beach
Ølberg beach is a beautiful beach where you can sunbathe among the dunes or take a dip in the delicious waters. This is a beach that has most of the amenities, so bring the whole family for a cozy day trip here. The water is shallow, making it perfect for swimming with small children.
Vigdel beach
Vigdel Beach is a beautiful beach one km south of Ølberg harbour. There are good parking facilities here.
Hellestø beach
Hellestø beach is a beautiful beach with both sand and pebbles. Hellestø is good for surfing. If you prefer a less crowded beach, Hellestø is a good option.
