Sola Activity Center
The beach of Sola is a paradise for surfers all year round. Behind the dunes is the Sola Activity Center, which offers surf couses for beginners and pros.
The beaches in the Greater Region offers some of the best surfing conditions in the country. If the waves are too big and messy on one beach, they can be perfect on another beach. Amongst the beaches of Jæren we find Sola, Hellestø, Vigdel, Bore, Byberg, Refsnes, Brusand, Ogna, Orre, Nærland, Viste, Ølberg and Sande.
